Go to www.wetinbe.com in your mobile's browser, add your chosen route, select the bus of your choice and make the payment using our secure payment gateway. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation after successful payment and you are ready to go!! 

 

Ticket-related

I have lost my ticket. What should I do now?

A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked it. For optimum service by your bus operator we suggest you take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received the ticket e-mail, please visit our website, click on the Manage my booking tab and request another ticket is sent to you. If you have received an SMS with your ticket details please show your phone screen with your ticket details to your driver and he will be pleased to welcome you on-board.


I entered the wrong mobile number while booking. Can I get my Ticket SMS on a different number?

No,for security reasons, this is not curently possible but if you go to wetinbe.com and click the Manage my booking tab, you will be able to get a copy of your ticket by email.


Booking-related

When I search for tickets on my desired route, I do not see sufficient number of seats. What should I do?

In such cases, please keep checking back as seats often become available due to people booking on hold and not making payment in time.

 

I have placed a request. How much time will it take to hear from you now?

We try and respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. At times we are inundated with requests and this may cause a delay in the time we may take to get back to you.


Payment-related

Does the owner of the credit card with which the ticket is purchased need to be one of the passengers?

A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. All passengers who are travelling should carry a proof of his/her identity (along with the ticket) at the time of boarding the bus.


I don't have a credit card. Can I still buy a bus ticket?

You can visit the transporters booking office and purchase a ticket from there, or purchase by book on hold and pay at a bank local to you.


What payment options do I have?

The different payment options are
1.Credit card
2.Debit card
3.Internet banking (Internet enabled online bank account)
4.Cash ( Only payable at the transporters ticketing office or at the bank by book on hold)


How does the transaction appear on my card/ account statement?

Transactions will appear as the transporters name in your bank statement. WetinBe does not handle your money. All payments and your contract of carriage is directly with the transporter.


Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

Transactions on WetinBe.com are very safe. Your credit card details are not entered into WetinBe server, but directy to your bank servers, so WetinBe can never see or record your credit card details. We employ the best-in-class security and the transactions done are secure. WetinBe.com uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. Using SSL ensures that the information exchanged to your bank is never transmitted unencrypted, thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals. 


Cancellation-related

Can I cancel my ticket online?

All tickets can be cancelled online at the Manage my bookings link on our homepage.
The following is the usual cancellation fee:
•3 days before the travel - 10% of the total ticket fare
•Less than 3 days and up to 24 hrs before the travel - 20% of the total ticket fare
•Less than 24 hrs before departure - No refund
This may however vary with transporters so please check at the tie of your booking.


Refund-related

I missed the bus. Do I get a refund?

Refunds are given if the bus is missed due to the transporter company's fault. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reason not directly related to the trasporter, no refund is provided.

How can I get a refund in case I cancel my ticket?

The refund is provided as per your transporters cancellation policy within 21 business days.
